    1. Rub your palms together until they feel nice and warm.
    2. Gently place your palms over your closed eyes. 
    3. Maintain a comfortable pressure over your eyes.

    5. Hold it for about 10 seconds.
    6. Repeat this 5 times.

    5. Repeat this 15 to 20 times.
